Gentle Exercise to Music
These sessions of gentle exercise to
music are for people of all abilities, to help you keep active and
healthy. Exercises can be done standing up or sitting down.

Flower Arranging Course
Calling all budding
florists! We will be running a five-week beginners' course where
you can learn to make beautiful arrangements from button-holes to centrepiece displays, plus make friends and get handy tips from an
expert.

Venue to be confirmed, but
the course will take place on Tuesday afternoons fro 2.00 - 4.00,
starting in June. Places are very limited so please phone
to book a place!

All venues
are wheelchair accessible. Transport can be
made available for anyone unable to get there under their own
steam -

Bridge for Beginners
Bridge is a fantastic game
to keep your mind sharp, improve memory and concentration, and for
getting together with others. There is a bridge group in
Todmorden, but this six-week course is for people who are
interested, but haven't played before, and those who want to brush
up on the basics.

Sessions are held at St Michael's
Community Centre, Burnley Road, Cornholme, on Thursday
afternoons, 1.30 - 2.30. The cost is 1 per session and
refreshments will be available.
Other activities planned for the club include
bowls, dancing, singing and movement, and board games for when
winter comes round again
